Barre Class uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like Yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

PiYo is a total-body fitness system designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of Pilates and yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility and have a great time doing it. PiYo is a low impact high energy workout to sculpt the body and increase flexibility

Our yoga classes are here to focus on physical and mental well-being. We strive to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.

Our poses are meant to release tension in your body and help you relax. Our classes are great for all experience levels ranging from beginner to experienced.

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Zumba Gold

The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Perfect for active older adults looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original Zumba moves but at a lower intensity.

Zumba Toning

Zumba Toning is great for those who want to party, but put an extra emphasis on sculpting to define muscles. The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!
